Communication

We recognise that communication with our clients, whether it is in writing, via conference calls or in face-to-face meetings is paramount to meet your expectations of us and to achieve a successful outcome for your project. We therefore commit, in our dealings with you to:

• Agree a clear and honest definition of the project scope, including any assumptions, the deliverables, timeframes and budget at the time of project quotation.
• Regular status reports throughout the live phase of a project
• Opportunities to share and comment on draft documentation with you prior to finalisation.
• Opportunity to feedback, after the project is completed

Quality of Service

We recognise that you will only return for repeat business if you are fully satisfied with the quality of the work produced. We therefore commit to you:
Only industry experienced consultants will draft your documentation. CVs of consultants will be provided as standard.
• Project manage all projects longer than 1 week in duration, so you can remain clear in terms of delivery timeframes, and where the project is not a fixed cost, the remaining budget.
• There will be a thorough QC of all documents before final release to client

Cost-Effectiveness

We aim to provide you with a cost-effective service so that you can add real value to your business.
To achieve this:
• We will, wherever possible, minimise unnecessary travel and communicate with clients by telephone or web services
• We offer documents in an electronic only format, to avoid unnecessary printing costs. Electronic documents can be provided in a range of formats including the native format and Adobe .pdf 1.4 to comply with international regulatory requirements.
• Offer a flexible range of rates, including an hourly, daily, weekly and fixed rate appropriate to the size of the project.
• Openly offer discounts on large projects and/or repeated business.
